Mission
Friends of the Early Learning Center (FELC) is a group of parents, students, university faculty, and Early Learning Center (ELC) alumni dedicated to ensuring the long term success of the Early Learning Center at Kutztown University.
Our aim is to:
• Create public support and awareness of the ELC
• Provide funds for the ELC
• Foster the continued growth and development of the ELC
